I. Call to Order
The meeting was properly noticed. A quorum was met and the annual meeting of MUFN-C, UA was called to order at 1:07 pm by chair, Sarah Edgerton.

On a motion by Chan and second by Gross, the minutes from the January 19, 2022 annual meeting were approved as presented.
